Institution Dental Practice Elite Dent (hereinafter: Elite Dent) through its website at  www.elite-dent.com provides a service of providing data on the Internet, advertising on the Internet, electronic search engine, and the possibility of searching for data and services that are transmitted electronically, which are mediated in the access to the network or store user data, as well as to manage the contents of the listed website. These General Rules shall regulate the terms and conditions for the use of the specified Internet site by the User. The General Terms and Conditions of Business are published in Serbian. 

 

For the purposes of these General Terms and Conditions, the client is any physical person older than 18 years or legal person in whose name the website is used by a person older than 18 years.

In case the User violates any of the obligations referred to in the preceding paragraph of these Terms, Elite Dent is authorized immediately and without prior warning terminate the established telecommunications connection with it.

The user is familiar with this and agrees that Elite Dent can record, store and use exchanged messages, video materials, audio materials, and other materials for the purpose of managing the quality of services, resolving user complaints and resolving possible disputes between Elite Dent and users.

Messages that Elite Dent communicate with the user via email, chat or other forms of telecommunications are confidential and are intended solely for the user to whom they are delivered, and the user undertakes not to give them access or use to third parties or the public without prior written consent Elite Dent.



3. Application of law


Any disputes that may arise in connection with the use of this website and these terms and conditions will be resolved by the parties in a peaceful manner, in accordance with the relevant regulations in force in the territory of BiH, and in case of inability of the compromise solution, the competent court in Banja Luka is competent.
