Endodontics is a branch of dentistry that deals with the treatment of pathological processes on the tooth pulp (nerve). The processes can be of acute and chronic character, and if they are not treated, they lead to changes in the top of the root of the teeth (granulomas, cysts). Endodontic therapy approaches the canal of the root of the teeth, removes the nerve, mechanically processes the canal, sterilizes it and fills it. In our office we are processing the canals with the most modern machine apex locator with nickel-titanium needles, so it is not a challenge for us to pass through difficult to pass channels
The most common phenomena related to this treatment domain are:
- Caries
- Inflammation of the dental nerve - pulpitis
- Gangrene teeth
- Inflammation of the tissue around the root tip or periodontitis
